Mayfair Mews House
Our second project with this particular homeowner, this Mayfair residence brings together a comprehensive suite of integrated technologies, designed to deliver effortless control and enhance everyday living.
Using Control4 as the central user interface – alongside Lutron lighting and shading and North Commander for building management – we integrated lighting, heating, window treatments, entertainment and security into one cohesive smart home system.
Across 16 audio zones and nine video zones, entertainment is seamlessly distributed throughout the property. Invisible plaster-over speakers and motorised TV lifts ensure that technology remains discreet, preserving the integrity of the interior design without compromising performance.
A dedicated home cinema, featuring a high-performance M&K Sound system, completes the experience, delivering an immersive, cinema-quality environment within the home.
The result is a sophisticated, fully integrated residence where technology works seamlessly in the background, bringing together comfort, convenience and exceptional entertainment.
